On top of that, there are a couple media day presets. These preset are meant to guide new photographers (and even some experienced ones) in new creative directions. They should allow you to get a better understanding of presets, while also making your workflow more efficient.

Extract the ZIP file,
Open Lightroom and go to the Presets section. Click on File, Import Profiles & Presets.
Select the presets ZIP file and click Import.
Restart your lightroom and your presets will be in the preset section.
